Nail treatments
There are many kinds of >nail
treatments that you can do at home which claim to improve
the strength of your nails, increase the durability of your nails etc.,
most of which require only a few minutes of your time. For example:
there are nail treatments out there that ask that you only rub a drop
of liquid onto each cuticle and rub it in. There are also nail treatments
such as the nail buffer (one that I know works well as long as you keep
up with the maintenance (which is not very time-consuming really). Buffing
your nails is simple, you simply use four surfaces which are usually
on the same large emery board-shaped stick or that are on four sides
of a cube or rectangular buffer. The first surface you use is grainy.
You make a couple of scratches on the nail. The next surface is less
grainy, with it you buff over the scratches and the nail appears a sort
of white shade. Thirdly, you use a softer buffer to smooth the surface
of the nail completely. And the fourth step is using the softest surface
of the item, which will polish the nail to a beautiful shine. Your nails
will look like they have a clear coat of nail polish on them when you
use this nail treatment, even when you have no nail polish on at all.
And any nail polish you do use will appear shinier than it normally
would. Of course, there are nail salon treatments that you can get as
well. So choose the nail treatments that best suit your needs.
